Quality Policy


Our aim is to serve our clients in a correct and responsible way, along with serving their expectations in the most flexible way possible.

The management and the employees of our company thus proclaim their commitment towards quality that we all consider as a determinative factor of our operation

For the sake of the cause we wish to operate according to the following principles:

  • Consumer centered approach: we aspire after the total conformity to our consumer's expectations,
  • Innovation centered approach continuous improvement of the technologies applied in the course of production,
  • Environmental protection: application of the least polluting techniques and instruments in the course of production,
  • Maximizing capacities: effective utilization of human resources and instruments,
  • Permanent training of our colleagues taking part in the production and service,
  • Getting as acquainted with our clients' expectations as possible for being able to serve them in the most proper way,
  • Permanent improvement of the quality of our services and our quality control system, immediate correction of the mistakes and prevention of the reproduction of mistakes,
  • Besides businesslike and precise working we require polite service and attitude from our colleagues.

We wish to realize the above mentioned aims by the introduction and implementation of the regulations of ISO 9001:2000. And with this, we wish to reinforce our clients' confidence that they placed in our company throughout the years.
