Fourteen years ago, in March 1990 we have established a successful enterprise, Veritas Ltd, as the successor of Kreatív Építőipari GMK. At the beginning, the range of activity of the Ltd was large, from software programming to building-trade services.

In autumn 1992, under the growing market demands the company's main profile, housing, developed. The professionalism of our very talented colleagues made it possible to build our first apartment house in Budapest (Szugló; u. 175.).

As a sign of appreciation for the contented consumers and the special and trustworthy Veritas technology, a higher demand for Veritas apartments arose and characteristic houses of high standard were built one after another. We concentrated our operation on the 14^th district in Budapest. The quality of Veritas apartments became more and more appreciated.

By 1996 the Ltd overgrew its frames so the form of a public limited company seemed to be a reasonable solution. And with this new form it became possible to further broaden the company's range of activities.

The members of the building trade and the public knew the name Veritas Invest Rt. first after the new high-quality apartment houses in Zugló. There are about 2000 people living in Veritas apartments in Budapest and this number is growing year by year.

In 1997 Veritas began a new enterprise in the world of media. Since then, the two trade papers INGATLAN and HÁZÉPÍTÉS Magazines are published monthly.

This same year the new office of the company reached completion in Erzsébet királyné Street. In this new office of high-standard satisfying all requirements, our professionally and humanly prepared colleagues serve our partners and visitors.

Due to the careful and far-seeing strategy, today the company also builds office-blocks and commercial establishments and besides real estate and counselling it invested in the building of a hotel.

In the last couple of years the quality of apartments went through a continuous improvement. We endeavoured to build the apartments by meeting consumers' demands using the most modern materials and technologies while being still payable. Depending on demands Veritas builds average 50-80 apartments per year.

Answerably to the deepening competition and market rearrangement, our company has worked out ISO 9001: 2000 quality control system in 2001 for the most effective operation and better service of our clients. The system was approved in 2002.
